I Go to Buddha, Dharma & Sangha, until I achieve Enlightenment. Through the Virtues I collect by generosity & other perfections, May I become a Buddha for the benefit of All Sentient Beings.
Four Immeasurables: Recite 108x's
May All Sentient Beings be happy & have the causes of Happiness.
May All Sentient Beings be Free from suffering & cease the causes of Suffering.
May All Sentient Beings never be separated from the Happiness that is free from
suffering
May All Sentient Beings abide in Equanimity, free from both Attachment & Detachment.
